Hugh Craig
is the inventor of this technology, and has filed for Patents on the both the Solar and Capacitor elements. He also has been granted several patents for electronic materials used as inks and adhesives in electronic packaging. He has been involved in several start ups, five of which have received either venture funding, or corporate financing. The exit from these businesses has been by sale to Fortune 500 Corporations. Hugh will direct this project for this initial phase while a CEO is being recruited. Thereafter he will chair the Technical Advisory Board and consult to the Company.

Derril Steele
is a co-inventor and co-founder of the Business. He also has patents relating to electronic and advanced packaging materials. He has an extensive background in both electronic materials and advanced composites, which includes founding of Newport Adhesives and Composites, now Mitsubishi Advanced Composites. Derril is Chief Technology Officer for the Venture, and will retain that position through the technology development and prototyping effort. Derril will hire his replacement and thereafter consult to the Company as a member of the Technical Advisory Board.

Robert Hyatt
is a co-founder of the Business.  He has more than 20 years of advanced manufacturing, engineering, operations and senior management experience.  He holds engineering degrees from Stanford University (BSME) and Lehigh University (MSMSE).  His career started as a process engineer at Ford where he designed robotic assembly lines, custom tooling and supervised production operations.  He moved to Intel Corporation’s Technology & Manufacturing Group where he managed next generation equipment and process technology development.  Later, Robert joined Electroglas, Inc. and held numerous senior management positions including the Manager of Advanced Manufacturing Technology, Director of Engineering Services, Business Unit Manager (Test Solutions) and Director of Operations (EGsoft division).  Since leaving Electroglas, Robert has provided operations, engineering, manufacturing, quality and business development consulting services for companies such as Automation Tooling Systems, Resodyn Corporation, Lockheed Martin, Intercontinental Truck Body, Polymeric Interconnect, and others.   During the initial phases of this program, Robert will focus on all aspects of operations in addition to process development, manufacturability and rapid commercialization.

Jim Easton
Jim Easton has twenty plus years Executive and Management in the Electronics Industry, as well as Silicon Valley start-up experience. At Dow Corning he was the Director-Electronics Industry; and at Silecs the VP Sales and Marketing. He now consults to the Photovoltiac Industry through his firm, Qrenu.  Jim will consult part time with the company through the technical development phase in Business Development. We hope that Jim will join the Business in a Management position as we enter Phase II.

Jim Chesemore
has extensive experience in the development and commercialization of Electronic and Electromechanical products. These extend from Thin Film and Thick Film Ceramic based Electronic components to complex Microcircuits and Semiconductor products. One product that received a Patent produced over eight Million Resistors a day. These products included Resistors, Capacitors,  MOS devices, and Electromechanical switches.   This experience encompasses the basic Materials and Processes to product design and product Management including Engineering , Project, Program and General management.

Mike Craig is a licensed Montana Certified Public Accountant who received his BS in Business Administration with a major in Accounting and Quantitative Analysis from the University of Montana. Mike has over 20 years experience in both public accounting and private industry. Mike's public accounting expertise is in tax, financial analysis and auditing with emphasis in municipalities, water districts in particular. In private industry, Mike has held positions as Corporate Treasurer, Chief Financial Officer and controller in industries as diverse as garment manufacturing, security systems, mining equipment, hospitality and technology manufacturing.  Mike has been PII's treasuer since inception in 2002 and will continue in that capacity on a part time basis or until such time that full time involvement is warranted.
